Passed away peacefully on Monday, April 16, 2012, aged 62 years.

So deep in our hearts, will always be remembered by Wife Sue, Gary and Lisa, Sean and Sarah, Eric and Gill, Neil and Mandy.

The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, May 2, at Gornal Wood Crematorium, at 9.40am.
