Passed away suddenly on April 20, 2010, aged 58 years.
Beloved Husband of Lynne, much loved Father of Scott.
Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, May 4, at Christ Church, Coseley, at 1.45pm, followed by Cremation at Gornal Wood Crematorium at 2.50pm.
