Sadly passed away on May 26, 2016, aged 63 years.

Will be sadly missed by Brother John and Sister Janet.

Funeral to be held at St Andrew's Church, Sedgley, on Tuesday, June 14, at 2pm, followed by Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium.

Family flowers only please.
