Passed away peacefully on May 25, 2014, aged 72 years.

The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, June 18, at Gornal Wood Crematorium, 11.40am.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired for Home Haemodialysis Unit, Russells Hall Hospital, will be collected on the day.

I sat beside your bedside, I held your hand with pride, but little did I know it would be the day you died.

You fought so hard to stay but it was not to be, now you're up in Heaven Mom, watching over me.
