Sadly passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2016, at Sandwell Hospital.

Funeral Service to take place at 1pm, on Tuesday, February 2, at St Andrew's Church, Carters Green, followed by Burial at Heath Lane Cemetery.

We knew we had to lose you as the hours were passing by, we tried so hard to help you and so hard not to cry. We sat beside your bedside not knowing what to do; we gently kissed your face and softlyspoke to you. We told you that we loved you and wanted you to stay but in our hearts we knew you had to slip away.
