Passed away on January 12, 2013, aged 56 years.
The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, January 29, at St. Nicholas Church, Codsall, at 11.15am. Committal to take place at Bushbury Crematorium at 12.15pm.
Everyone welcomefor a drink afterwards at Fordhouses Cricket Club, Wobaston Road. Doors open 12 noon.
