Beloved Husband, Dad, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather.

Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, October 23, 2011, aged 72 years.

Funeral Service and Cremation to take place at Gornal Crematorium, on Thursday, November 3, 2011, at 3.30pm and afterwards at the Laurel Public House, Stourbridge Road, Holly Hall.

Flowers or donations welcome.
