Passed away peacefully at Sandwell Hospital with Family by her side, on Thursday, October 20, aged 57 years.

Will be sadly missed by all.

Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2011, at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, Newton Road, West Bromwich at 2.30pm, returning afterwards to The Woodlands Social Club, Kent Road, Woods Estate, Wednesbury.

All Family and Friends welcome.
