Fell asleep on Sunday, September 4, 2011, aged 81 years.
She will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to take place at Lodge Hill Crematorium on Tuesday, September 20, at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research UK.
