Son of the late Joe and Sheila Lewis.
Sadly passed away on February 10, 2011, aged 49 years, after a brave battle with cancer.
Funeral Service at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, March 3, 2011, at 3.15pm.
Family flowers only please, donations to Compton Hospice c/o the Family.
Dearly loved and sadly missed by Auntie Pauline, Jayne, Rachel and Families.
