Sadly passed away on February 10, 2011, aged 49 years, after a brave battle with cancer.

Funeral Service at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, March 3, 2011, at 3.15pm.

Dearly loved and sadly missed by Auntie Pauline, Jayne, Rachel and Families.
