Andy sadly passed away after a short illness at Russell's Hall Hospital on January 20, 2011, aged 52 years.

Beloved Husband of Shirley, loving Father to Rebecca and Granddaughter Liberty.

Dearest Son of Vera and Jim.

What will we do without you, how will you know we care, we will whisper to you often to let you know we're there. You will be all around us in everything we do and we will always tell you Andy, we love you.

Funeral Service to take placeon Friday, February 4, 2011, at Rowley Regis Crematorium, Powke Lane, at 1pm.

Afterwards all are welcome at The Sir Robert Peel, Birmingham Road, Blackheath.

Family flowers only please.
