Andy sadly passed away after a short illness at Russell's Hall Hospital on January 20, 2011, aged 52 years.

Funeral Service to take placeon Friday, February 4, 2011, at Rowley Regis Crematorium, Powke Lane, at 1pm.

Afterwards all are welcome at The Sir Robert Peel, Birmingham Road, Blackheath.
