Passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2010, aged 75 years.

Reception into St Chad's Roman Catholic Church, Sedgley on Sunday, December 19, 6.15pm. Funeral Mass on Monday, December 20, 11.30am.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to The Georgina Unit at Russells Hall Hospital may be given to the Family.
