Pat, beloved Sister of Brian, Sister-in-law Irene, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at New Cross Hospital.
You are and always will be sadly missed but in our hearts forever.
We both love you lots.
Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium on Friday, December 31 at 10.30am.
