Sadly passed away, Friday, December 3, 2010, aged 73 years.

Funeral Service to take place at St Augustine's Church, Holly Hall, Dudley, on Monday, December 13, 2010, at 2.45pm, followed by Cremation at Gornal Wood Crematorium, at 4.10pm.

Family flowers only by request, if desired donations c/o the Family to be divided between various charities.
