Formerly of Bloxwich, sadly passed away on November 30, 2010, aged 58 years, after a brave battle with Multiple Sclerosis.
Funeral Service and Cremation to take place at Bushbury Crematorium on Wednesday, December 15, 2010, at 2pm, all Friends welcome.
