Passed away suddenly at home on November 25, 2016, aged 50 years.

She will be sadly missed by Richard, Nancy, Poppy and all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 11am, Friday, December 16, at St Michael and All Angels Church, Lilleshall, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.
