Passed away peacefully at home, after a short illness on November 22, 2016.
Missed by Jill, Amanda, Rod, Ken, Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral Service to be held on Thursday, December 15, 2016, at 12.20pm, at Gornal Wood Crematorium.
Family flowers only.
