Passed away in Compton Hospice, on November 24, aged 72 years.
Much loved and sadly missed by Wife Jane, Daughter Helen, Son Andrew and Families.
Funeral on Friday, December 4, Service at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 12noon.
Family flowers only please.
