Sadly passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, aged 70 years.

Funeral Service to be held at Central Methodist Church, Spring Head, Wednesbury at 1.30pm on Friday, December 4, 2015 followed by Cremation at Sandwell Valley Crematorium at 2.30pm.

Flowers welcome or donations to Cancer Research UK, (a donation box will be available on the day).

You will be greatly missed by your Children Steffan, Donna and Heidi, Son-in-law Philip and your Grandchildren Blake, Ethan, Elliot, Amber, Ellie, Neve and Cameron.



Our lives will never be the same without you.
