Passed away peacefully at Russells Hall Hospital, on Monday, June 22, aged 53 years.

Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at 10.15am, at Holy Trinity Church, Farrington Road, Ettingshall Park, followedby Burial at Beacon Hill Cemetery.
