Passed away suddenly on June 11, 2014, aged 51 years.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at 2.15 pm at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton, CV11 6WZ.
