Sadly passed away in Walsall Manor Hospital, on Wednesday, December 25, 2013, aged 78 years.

The Funeral Service and Committal will take place on Tuesday, January 14, at Streetly Crematorium, West Chapel, at 1pm.

By request Family flowers only but donations if desired to Walsall Ambulance Service.
