Passed peacefully away on Thursday, May 30, 2013, at Sandwell Hospital, aged 80 years.

Re-united with Husband Jim.

Funeral Service to be held at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, Wednesday, June 12, at 11.30am.

Donations for Imperial Cancer Research and Macmillan Cancer Support, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
