Passed away peacefully at Lakeview Nursing Home, Great Wyrley, on Tuesday, February 12, 2013, aged 79 years.

A sincere thank you to all Staff at Lakeview for the care and support you gave.

The Funeral Service will take placeat Holy Trinity Church, Short Heath, on Wednesday, February 27, at 11.15am, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel.
