Passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 16, 2013, aged 78 years.

The Funeral Service will take place at All Saints Church, Bloxwich, on Thursday, January 31, 2013, at 11.30am, followed by the Committal at Streetly Crematorium West Chapel.
