Passed peacefully away at home on December 12, 2012, aged 80 years.
Funeral Service to take place on Friday, December 21, 10am, at Sandwell Valley Crematorium,Forge Lane, West Bromwich.
Flowers or donations for Animal House Rescue, would be appreciated.
