(Jack) Peacefully passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2019, aged 88 years.

Jack will be dearly missed by loving Wife Constance, Family, Friends and Neighbours.

The Funeral Service is to take place in the East Chapel, Bushbury Crematorium on Thursday, December 12 at 10.45am.

Family flowers only please.
