Passed away at home in Codsall after a short illness, at 98 years and 50 weeks.

Veterinary Practitioner, WWII Pilot and Founder of Connaught House Veterinary Hospital.

Will be sadly missed by his Children Susan, Peter and Stephen and his Grand- children, Great-Grand- children and his many Friends and Family.

Cremation at Telford Crematorium, on Thursday, November 15, 2012, at 12 noon, followed by a Memorial Service at St Nicholas' Church, Codsall, at 1.15pm.

Family flowers only.
