Passed away peacefully, November 2, 2012.

Sadly missed by all Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will be held at St Benedict Church, Wombourne, on Monday, November 12, 2012, at 1.45pm, followed by Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium, at 2.50pm.

Family flowers only.
