Passed away on October 24, aged 74.

Dearly loved and sadly missed by Husband Albert and Daughter Jackie.

Funeral Service to take place at St James Church, Wednesbury, on Monday, November 5, at 10am, followed by Cremation at Newton Road Crematorium, at 10.45am.

Close Family flowers only but donations for Macmillan Cancer Support will be gratefully received, a donation box will be provided at the Service.
