Passed away peacefully on May 1, 2018 aged 75 years.
A much loved Wife, Mom, Nan,Great-Nan and Sister who will be very sadly missed by all Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Tuesday, May 22, at 1.30pm.
Family flowers only by request.
Donations are to be collected for the Kidney Patients Association c/o Farmer & Son Funeral Directors, 82, High Street, Wordsley. DY8 5SB.
