Funeral Service, St John's Church, Upper Church Lane, Tipton, Thursday, August 30, 2.15pm,followed by Cremation, 3.15pm at Sandwell Valley Crematorium.

Family flowers only, donations welcome for Hospice at Home and Macmillan Nurses c/o Thelma or Beatrice.

All are welcome at Glaco Club, Tipton, following the Committal.
