Passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 5, 2012.
Will be sadly missed by Wife Mavis and Sons Leigh and Brett, their Partners Debbie and Diana and his beloved Granddaughter Amber Joe.
The Funeral will take place on Thursday, June 21, 2012, at Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel, at 1.30pm.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired for The Alzheimer's Society.
