Annie sadly passed away peacefully on January 9, 2017.

The Funeral will be held on February 1, 2017 at 11.30am, Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, Underhill Lane, Wolverhampton, WV10 7JG.

Wake to follow at Penn Bowling Club, Manor Road, Penn, WV4 5PY.

Family flowers only.

Donations on the day will be given to The Alzheimer's Society.

Please do not wear all black.

The Family will miss you dearly and forever hold a special place in their hearts for you.
