Passed away at home surrounded by his Family on October 4, 2016, aged 82.
The Cremation will take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel on Wednesday, October 19, at 3.45pm.
Family flowers only please, donations ifdesired to Macmillan Cancer Support, a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
