Passed away peacefully on April 7, 2012, aged 77 years.
Much loved Husband to Sandra, beloved Dad to Mark.
He will be sadly missed.
Funeral Service will take place at Bushbury Crematorium, on Wednesday, April 29, at 1.30pm.
