Passed peacefully away at home on July 18, 2016, aged 60 years.

Beloved Husband of Ann, dearly loved Dad of Emma and Craig, much loved Son of George and the late Joan.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place on Friday, July 29, at Rowley Regis Crematorium at 2.30pm.

Family flowers only please.
