Passed away peacefully at home, in his sleep on April 19, 2016. Aged 69 years.
Funeral Service to take place on Tuesday, May 17, at St Giles Church, Willenhall, at 1pm, followed by the Committal Service at Willenhall Lawn Cemetery, at 2pm.
Family flowers only.
