The Wife and Family of Dave wish to announce his passing on Wednesday, September 30, 2015, at New Cross Hospital, after a long, courageous battle.

The Funeral Service will be held at Bushbury Crematorium,West Chapel at 11.15am on Thursday, October 15.

All welcome back to Molineux Stadium WV1 Bar, Waterloo Road, Wolverhampton.
