Passed away on September 23, 2015, aged 88 years.
Much loved Mom to Stephen and Paulette, Jill and Chris, Sister to Alice, Grandma to Jennifer, Thomas, Jonathan and Katie.
Will always be in our hearts.
The Funeral Serviceand Cremation will take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel on Friday, October 9, at 10.30am.
Family flowers only by request. Donations appreciated for Alzheimer's Society c/o Maisie's Family.
