Passed away peacefully on December 29, 2011, aged 23 years.

Sadly missed by Mum, Dad, Freddie and all whose hearts she captured.

Funeral Service at St Michael the Archangel Church, Rushall, on Monday, January 9, at 1pm, followed by a Woodland Burial at Stychbrook Cemetery, Lichfield. All welcome.
