Passed away peacefully at the Manor Hospital, on Monday, June 15, 2015, aged 78 years.

Funeral to take place on Thursday, June 25, 2015, at St Lawrence's Church, at 11am, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 12 noon.
