SMITH Leslie John.

Of Wordsley, passed away peacefully in Russells Hall Hospital on November 17, 2011, aged 78 years.

Dearly loved Husband of Mary, much loved Dad of Steven and Karen, Father-in-law to Paul and Gill and devoted Grandad to Samanthaand Charlotte.

He will be sadly missed by all Family and Friends.

Funeral Service will take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Friday, December 2, at 10.20am.

Everyone welcome to join the Family at Leslie's home after the Service.
