Sadly passed away, March 22, 2015, aged 72.

Will be missed by Husband Mick, Children Anita, Mandi, Richard, Son-in-law Vinny, Daughter-in-law Sarah and Grandchildren.

Funeral will take place, 9.45am, on Monday, April 13, at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Promise Dreams, a donation box will be provided at the Crematorium.

Please wear a splash of colour.
