On March 18, 2015, peacefully in hospital at Wolverhampton, in the presence of his Daughters following a short illness, [S]John Scott, of Perton, near Wolverhampton, formerly of Eardington, near Bridgnorth, aged 74 years.

A dearly loved Father, Father-in-law, Grandad and Brother.

Much loved, John will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, Wolverhampton, on Wednesday, April 1, at 2.15pm.

Family flowers only by request please but donations for The Critical Care Unit at New Cross Hospital NHS Trust at Wolverhampton are being gratefully received for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
