Sadly passed away at Mary Stevens Hospice, with his loving Family by his side, on March 6, 2015, aged 63 years.

Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Monday, March 30, 2015, at 12.20pm.

Alan requested everyone to wear football shirts or team colours, no black.

Family flowers only please and donations to Mary Stevens Hospice.
