JOHNSON Ivy.

Passed away on October 20, 2011, at Walsall Manor Hospital, aged 90 years.

Beloved Wife of the late John, beloved Mom to John, Ivy and Ellen and very much loved Mother-in-law, Nan and Great-Nan.

She will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 3, at New Invention Methodist Church, at 11.15am, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 12 noon.
