Passed away peacefully at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, on Tuesday, December 9, 2014, aged 76 years.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 29, 2014, at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, at 12.15pm, returning afterwards to Church Hill Social Club, St Marys Road, Wednesbury.
